Changeover - Change over day for Sea Breeze is Saturday, High Tide is Friday
Short breaks: The cottages can be booked for a 3 or 4 day mid-week break subject to availability. Please enquire through our booking form.
Weekends: Subject to availability, the property can be booked (i.e. Friday 3.00 pm to Monday 10.00 am). Please enquire using our booking enquiry.
Well-behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.
Deposit: 50% of total rent payable by cheque or bank transfer at time of booking.
Pricing notes: £150 refundable security deposit required, this sum is payable with the balance of the rent and then released after your stay.
Fireworks: In the interest of fire, animal and wildlife safety, fireworks are prohibited within the proximity of the property - thank you.
Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed. No additional charge made. Please notify us on booking
Highchair: No additional charge made. Please request on booking
